Stretched
How important is flexibility? Well, this stretching and flexibility class will show you the enormous benefits of being flexible. Stretchedlasts 45 minutes and will work the “kinks” out of muscle imbalances that we all possess. It will also loosen tight, stressed muscles, while allowing joints to stretch slightly to improve muscle realignment. This type of deep flexibility is needed by anyone that is doing any workout to improve overall health and fitness.
Advanced Boot Camp
Good Morning! It’s now time to kick it in gear and join the I’m Core Fit Boot Camp. If you are looking for a class that’s over and beyond the call of duty, this is it! Even though our Saturday morning boot camps are not for the squeamish, there is still a place for beginners. If you so choose this mission, your body and fitness level will not regret the sweat. These Boot Camp classes will self-destruct at the end of one hour.

This type of workout is designed for beginners as well as the advanced. The bells can strengthen a weak lower back, build upper body, and give you the leg shape and power of a seasoned athlete. ICF/I'm Core Fit Camp
ICF Camps start at 6 o'clock a.m. and 7 o'clock p.m. SHARP and last 45 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday. These Camps are designed to complete your workout week, with a change from the Monday, Wednesday, Friday normal routine. Tricking the body with muscle confusion will promote better strength and more lean muscle gains. With a proper diet and ICF Camps you will be on your way to that new body you've always wanting.
I’m Core Fit, Cardio Kick Boxing, and Stretched are all interchangeable sessions, when 5 or 10 session packages are purchased. All 5 & 10 session packages must be used within three months of purchase.
